A weight based exercise class. Includes a warm up, short cardio section (20 mins), weight training with light weights, floorwork and cool down. Suitable for all fitness levels.

A weight based exercise class. Includes a warm up, muscle shaping using light hand weights, abdominals, and floorwork. Suitable for all fitness levels.
